how it works
mentoring sessions
Our mentoring sessions are individual, ad hoc, online and uncomplicated. You can spend an hour chatting to Nat or Hadyn, and they will also listen to your music, send resources and notes as needed. If you have more questions or need more support, you can book another time.
We are trying to prioritise making these sessions affordable for independent, emerging or self-managed artists (whilst not undervaluing ourselves too much either). Because if we can’t support this corner of the industry, then what is the point! A 60 min mentoring session costs the equivalent of a couple of piano lessons.
Write to us and we’ll get back to you with the details. If it’s still out of reach, you’re welcome to bring a friend and split the cost. We can also provide a letter of support for grant applications.
Sessions are held on google meet. We schedule sessions to fit around our creative and production work, so availability varies.
in the future
We hope to offer a greater diversity of ways to learn all the stuff you didn’t learn at music school. Including in-person and in-studio, multi-session, short courses, guest experts, increased accessibility and equity. We’re taking things slow for now, but please write to us if these ideas interest you - we would love to know!
